Enter the student’s full name, date of birth, and gender carefully.
Provide a valid mobile number and email address for school communication.
Fill in Father/Guardian details including name, relation, phone number, occupation, and address.
Enter the student’s National Identification Number (B-Form/CNIC) and mention previous school details (if any).
Upload a clear student photo + guardian photo in size of 100x100.
Upload student previous school report card (if applicable).
Upload all required documents. If you have multiple files, please compress them into one before uploading.
Fields marked with (*) are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
